Brother Steve Sabillo is a member of the Rehired Annuitant Cadre. The Rehired Annuitant Cadre is comprised of retired federal employees hired by the US Army Corps of Engineers on intermittent appointments. Members are assigned jobs on an as-needed basis to support to civil emergencies and disasters, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) support to disaster relief efforts and short term assignments to USACE offices and other federal agencies.
